After working for two years in Lincoln she returned to her native Lancashire working in Preston and Birkdale.

In 1999 Dorothy relocated to larger premises in Ashton with a view to establishing a
multi-disciplinary practice. This has become the foremost clinic of its type in the area.

Dorothy has always been involved with the running of the Profession, being a council member of the Osteopathic Association for many years and President from 1990 to 1992. She has also been involved with
Regional groups as Secretary and Convention organizer.

Dorothy is committed to Continuing Professional Development attending a wide variety of courses and events.

Dorothy is the National Coordinator for the Osteopathic Helpline and attends regular training sessions in listening skills with the Samaritans. Osteopathy
