Anna Krypczyk Formally, I worked as a biomedical scientist within NHS pathology departments throughout the country. In 1986 I became the technical manager of the Cellular Pathology Department at Victoria Hospital Blackpool.

In 1996 I began to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Northern College of Acupuncture, York and after seven years of intensive study, I graduated in Acupuncture (2000) and Chinese Herbal Medicine (2003).

I am a locum supervisor in the acupuncture clinic at the Northern College of Acupuncture and I also supervise students at Salford University acupuncture clinic. I lecture on Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine to the BSc ( Hons) Nursing / RN  students as part of the ADB332 Therapeutic Interventions (2) module at St Martin’s College Lancaster & also Anatomy at Salford University degree course in Acupuncture.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine, following the rules, codes and ethics, governed by these bodies.
I am committed to Continuous Professional Development, regularly attending postgraduate studies within the United Kingdom.

In 2004 I completed further clinical Practice at the International Training Centre—Nanjing University, China. Acupuncture
